I like everything about the Paw Spa. When the Paw Spa opened, it was a gift for us. We were one of their first clients. What impresses me most is Tracy & Matt's careful screening of the animals to protect all the pets. I teased them that the entrance application process was similar to applying to Harvard University.

The staff is outstanding in their caring, cheerfulness, efficiency, and dedication to cleanliness, safety and true concern for each animal. After all of these years, I continue to highly recommend the Paw Spa to my friends and acquaintances.

This is a wonderful boarding and daycare facility for large and small dogs. We had our first boarding experience with this company, and we could not be happier. The attention to detail and the care that my Airedale "Rooney" received was first class. The dogs are not kept in kennels all day, they are allowed to frolic and romp in the playrooms. The employees were great and really cared for the dogs. Drop by to take a tour and you'll see.

Cathy, I and Scout will be leaving soon to return to New Jersey. So before we go, we wanted to let you know how much we appreciate the loving care all of your staffers give our little boy Scout. Not only does Scout love to go to the spa, he loves all the ladies who work so diligently to make him feel secure and cared for.

It is especially comforting for Cathy and me to be able to leave Scout with all of you and not have to worry about him. We've been to a number of facilities up north and down here and they can't compare to your operation. A large part of that has to do, in our opinion, with the stellar staff you've developed. You can tell that each and every one of them loves what they do because they love the dogs.

While we'll still be around for a week or so, we wanted to express our gratitude for a job very well done.

I wanted to take a moment to say a huge "Thank you" for your help with Biscotti last week. I've never seen him pull away from me to get to anything nor anyone until your place. He would start to get excited as soon as he recognized the street we were on and could not wait to get into your building. Amazing. The team of people you have working for you - and the entire operation you have - is outstanding. I did not meet one person who did not know Biscotti at any time I walked in the building.

From my view - your operation is an example of a world-class operation and I would love to see your set-up duplicated near my home town so that Biscotti could become a regular customer. From Biscotti's view - he was truly on vacation himself last week and I can't believe the relief it gave me to know he was having so much fun and also learning to play well with other puppies.
